Upon full payment:

• Ad campaigns, data, and tracking remain in your accounts.

6. No Guaranteed Business Outcomes

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Work completed remains payable.

Ad Spend

You are responsible for the ad budget paid directly to:

Budgets are separate from our service fees.

Platform Policies

If your offer violates advertising policies, we may pause or refuse work.

• Misleading claims

Performance Disclaimer

We optimize for your KPIs, but no specific lead volume or sales volume is guaranteed due to platform variability and market factors.

Our Offer

We provide SEO Optimization services with the goal of improving your organic visibility, website structure, and keyword rankings.
For selected packages, we may target specific ranking goals.

Scope of Services

Your SEO plan may include:

• Technical optimization
• On‑page optimization (content, headings, metadata)
• Keyword strategy
• Competitor analysis
• Content recommendations

• Tracking setup
• Monthly reporting

What We Need From You

To perform SEO work, we require:

• Website access (CMS or hosting)
• Google Search Console access

• Timely approvals for changes

Ranking Note

We work to improve rankings, visibility, and traffic.
No SEO professional can guarantee exact ranking positions, since Google’s algorithm and competition constantly change.
